LAND SALES
Land Brokers who wish to specialize in the purchase and sale of commercial acreage, retail and industrial pads and sites, residential and multifamily land, timber and agricultural/farm land.
INVESTMENT SALES
Investment Brokers who wish to specialize in the purchase and sale of Office Buildings/parks, Hotels, Shopping Centers, Malls, Apartments, Industrial buildings/parks, Mixed Use Properties, Mobile Home Parks, Senior Housing, Healthcare Properties or Triple Net Properties.
COMMERCIAL LEASING
Leasing Brokers who wish to specialize in the representation of Landlords or Tenants in leasing Office, Medical, Industrial or Retail space.
COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE
Mortgage Brokers who wish to specialize in the representation of domestic and foreign Lenders and/or Borrowers in structuring various types of capital investments to fund commercial investment and development projects through Joint Ventures, Conventional Loans, Municipal Bonds, SBA Guaranteed Loans, Mezzanine and Construction Loans, as well as Equity Capital.
BUSINESS BROKERAGE
Business Brokers who wish to specialize in the purchase and sale of various types of businesses with real estate.
General Information
Compensation:
All available positions are commission-based opportunities with unlimited income potential.
Educational Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree from a US University or College and be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Real Estate Experience:
The candidate must be licensed in the State of Georgia at the time of application. If you are licensed in any other state within the United States, you must secure your Georgia license prior to application.
Availability:
The positions are available immediately. Full time or part time agents & brokers are welcome.
Background Checks:
Acceptance is conditional on satisfactory background checks.
Legal Status:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work as a licensed Real Estate professional in Georgia.
